Dr. Geoffrey Strange, D.D.S.
Dr. Strange was raised in Washington state and graduated from the University of Washington Dental School. He has been practicing family dentistry in the Northwest for over 24 years.

Committed to providing a complete array of services from preventative care to oral surgery, Dr. Strange has satisfied patients ranging from preschoolers to senior citizens. He prides himself on listening to his patients' concerns and keeping abreast of the latest dental techniques to serve their needs. Dr. Strange was one of the first dentists on the Eastside to be involved with micro-abrasion dentistry, the technology that makes it possible to place fillings without anesthetic shots. Utilizing a "Cerec" machine in our office, we can now place crowns in one office visit. Dr. Strange also provides orthodontia treatment to patients as a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Strange is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington Dental Association, and the King County Dental Association. He is actively involved in his community as a member of Sunrise Rotary. Last summer, he traveled with a medical missionary group to give dental services to villagers in Narkaru, Kenya.

Dr. Hassan Chihab, D.M.D., M.S.
Dr. Chihab joined Newcastle Dentistry in 2000. He is a 1994 graduate of the Northwestern University in Chicago. After completing his training in general dentistry, Dr. Chihab obtained an advanced degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Minnesota in 1999.

Over the last five years, Dr. Chihab has built a reputation as a caring practitioner for people of all ages. Patients appreciate his gentleness, sense of humor, and sensitivity to their concerns. In addition to general family dentistry, Dr. Chihab’s specialized training allows him to serve individuals with more complex treatment needs. Ranging from simple procedures to full mouth restoration, Dr. Chihab creates quality crowns, bridges, implants and dentures to give you a healthy, beautiful smile.

Dr. Chihab grew up in Morocco and is fluent in English, French and Arabic. He and his family enjoy living in the Northwest (despite our less sunny weather). Dr. Chihab likes to spend his free time with his wife and two daughters, ages 4 and 7, who require a lot of his attention.

Our Staff
The skilled and friendly staff at Newcastle Dentistry includes four dental assistants, three hygienists and three front desk administrators. Our staff regularly attends professional development training to learn about the latest advances in dental care.
